GearUltra MB-17

Low-viscosity, HC-synthetic automatic transmission fluid developed for the latest Mercedes-Benz 9-speed automatic transmissions (9G-Tronic) 725.0 / 725.1 and 4MATIC systems. It offers excellent fuel economy, superior lubricity, and outstanding frictional stability, ensuring smooth and efficient shifting under all operating conditions. The formulation provides high thermal and oxidation stability, exceptional cooling capacity, and reliable protection against wear, corrosion, and foam formation. With a stable viscosity index, it maintains consistent performance across a wide temperature range.

ATF MB 236.17 also meets the MB 236.16 specification but is not suitable for use in older Mercedes-Benz transmissions and is not downward compatible with MB 236.10, MB 236.12, MB 236.14, or MB 236.15 approvals.
